Chinnese hot garlic chicken

                                                                                                                  

 This dish is not only available in China but also now available in our Indian kitchen. This mouthwatering dish is very much popular in India also. Everyone started liking this dish. This dish was came about 1757 to 1858 when British ruled the India that time Chinese immigrants came in Kolkata and started making this dish. This dish is combined with some Indian and Chinese spices.

How to make the dish:

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken: 500gm

Oil: for deep frying

Eggs:2Nos

Corn flour: 5 to 6 tbs

Maida: 1 cup

Pepper powder: 11/2 tbs

Sugar:1ts

Salt:1ts

Onion: 1 large dicely chopped

Capsicum:1 dicely chopped

Red Bell Pepper: 1 dicely chopped

Yellow Bell pepper: 1 dicely chopped

Garlic: chopped 1 to 2 tbs

Ginger: chopped 1 to 2 tbs

Green chilies :2

Ketchup: 1 to 2 tbs

Soya sauce: 1 to 2 tbs

Red chili sauce: 1 to 2 tbs

Preparation:

First take one mixing bowl and pour the chicken on to it. Then marinated the chicken with eggs and cornflour. keep it aside for 20 minutes. After that take one plate where pour 1 cup maida on to it pour 1tbs black pepper powder and some salt, mixing it. Then coated the marinated chicken with this maida and all. Deep fried into the hot oil of all the chicken pieces.

Hot garlic sauce preparation:

Take one kadai where pour 1 tbs oil, heat it up and then gradually adding the chopped garlic and chopped ginger. Saute it for a moment. Then add  dicely chopped Onion, dicely chopped Capsicum , dicely chopped red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and then mixing it. After that adding some salt as per taste. Mixing it. Then add all the sauces( ketchup, soya sauce and red chili suace). when it comes boiling add all the  fried chicken pieces. Then add the slurry( cornflour+ water) and some sugar. Keep mixing it and switch off the stove. Serve hot with fried rice and enjoy your meal.
