Veg fried rice

 Fried rice is a very common dish in India. The word fried rice means boiled rice tossed in oil with some veggies and etc. Fried rice first came in the period of Sui Dynasty in China. After that it gradually spread all over the world as well as in India. Now a days its very popular and common dish in India. It is available in every street to restaurants. Now I am sharing with you the recipe 







Ingredients:

Basmati rice: 1 cup

Water: 2 cups

1 Onion: roughly chopped

Garlic: roughly chopped 1 tbs

Ginger: roughly chopped 1 tbs

Capsicum: roughly chopped

Carrot: roughly chopped

Peas: 1/2 cup (boiled)

black pepper powder: 1 tbs

salt: as per taste

How to make this dish?

Take a container pour 2 cups of water add basmati rice , boil the rice. when it is boiling then switch off the stove and strain the rice. Take a wok add some oil on to it. when the oil heated up add chopped garlic and ginger and then saute it. After that add the veggies one by one then saute it. After that add the boiled rice ,mixing it. Then add the salt and black pepper powder. Stir it again. Then off the gas and served it hot with any of  the side dishes as per your choice.
