Veg Hakka Noodles

 Veg Hakka Noodles' actual origin is from China main central. During 20athe century many Chinese immigrant workers came in India and circulated this Chinese cuisine among the Indian citizens. Basically Hakka Noodles are the combination of  Chinese and Indian dishes. This dish served now in many countries' cities like Singapore, HongKong, Taiwan etc. This cuisine tastes is favorite to all over the world people. Now its available in every cities' streets to restaurants and homes also. Here I share with you the recipe of this Hakka Noodles:



how to make this Chinese cuisine?

Ingredients:

Hakka Noodles: 500gm

Water: 1 cup

Garlic: 1 tbs( roughly chopped)

Ginger:1 tbs(roughly chopped)

Capsicum: thinly sliced

Carrot: thinly sliced

Cabbage: roughly chopped

Onion: thinly sliced

Salt: as per taste 

 Black pepper powder: as per taste

Oil: 2 to 3 tbs

Ketchup:2 tbs

Soya sauce 2 tbs

Chili Sauce: 2 tbs

 How to make this?

Take a saucepan pour 1 cup of  water  when it is boiling add the Hakka Noodles and keep stiring until it  is become soften ( not too much soften).Then switch off the stove and strain the noodles. After that take a wok pour some oil on to it, and heated up , then add roughly chopped ginger, roughly chopped garlic and saute it for a moment. After  that add the veggies one by one and keep mixing it. Once it is done, add the sauces and keep stiring, then add the boiled Hakka noodles and then add black pepper powder and salt then  mix it well. After that serve the cuisine, and enjoy this delicious dish with your friends ,family or any party. This restaurant style dish is very easy to make.
