Pasta in red sauce

 Italian food pasta in red sauce first invented in the year 1692. The Italian chef  Antonio Latini wrote the recipe in the Italian cook book. After that it spreads all over the world and its became famous. In India it is very conventional. The Pasta in red sauce is made at every home in India and also it is considered as a popular dish in every hotels to restaurants. Now a days it is very common cuisine in India. Everyone loves to eat this cuisine and prefer this international dish and also considered its as one of the tastiest dish among all. The pasta in red sauce's main ingredient is Tomato.


              

                                                                                                 This tomato based dish is very easy to make. It takes time only 30 minutes. This dish is made with any shaped pasta, like elbow, macaroni, penne, spaghetti etc. Now I will show you how to make this dish:

Ingredients:

Elbow pasta: 1 cup

Water: 2 cups

Tomato: 1 cup (finely chopped)

Garlic: 1 tbs (finely chopped)

Basil leaves: 10 to 12 leaves

Mixed herbs: 1 tbs

Chili flakes: 1 tbs

Black pepper powder: 1 tbs

Salt: as per taste

 How to make: 

Take a saucepan pour 2 cups of water into it add oil and some salt, then add the 1 cup of pasta then off the stove when it comes to boil. Take a wok , into it add some oil when the oil heated up add chopped garlic, saute it, then add the finely chopped tomatoes, then saute it again. After that add some salt ( reminds you added salt in previous) as per taste. When the tomatoes is become soften then add the boiled pasta. Mixed it with the tomatoes and garlic. Then add one by one black pepper powder, Oregano, Mixed herbs, chili flakes and keep mixing it. Then served this Italian cuisine with the toppings of basil leaves and  cherry tomatoes.
