Delicious egg fried rice

                                                                                                                         

 In this lockdown most of the people made  egg fried rice in their home and they enjoy this Chinese cuisine. Egg fried rice is not only found in China but now its also found in  Japan as well as in India. Actually egg fried rice comes from Japan. They used to eat this with chopsticks but now its available in every home and every town to every restaurants.

How to prepare this cuisine:

Ingredients:

Basmati rice: 1cup

Egg: 2 nos

Carrot: 1 finely chopped

Capsicum: 1 finely chopped

Onion: 1 finely chopped

Garlic:4 to 5 cloves finely chopped

ginger: ginger cut into juliens 1 tbs

Spring onion: 1 finely chopped

Oil: 2 to 3 tbs

Soya sauce :2 to 3 tbs

Black pepper powder: 3 tbs

Salt: As per taste

How to make this:

First boil the basmati rice. when it comes boiling, then strain the basmati rice. Heat a pan then pour the oil, heat it up. Then adds the beaten eggs into the oil. scrumbeld the egg finely and take it aside. Into this oil add one by one ginger, garlic saute it for a moment, then add all the veggies. After that saute it. Then add the boiled basmati rice, mixing it up well. Then add the scrumbeld egg, add pepper powder, salt (as per taste) and soya sauce, then mixing it up. Switch off the gas and toppings some spring onion, served hot with garlic chicken and enjoy the recipe.
